Missed Appointments - Failure to turn up for an appointment without any notification means that you for-go any deposit made, and booking of any future appointments will be at the discretion of the clinic.

Appointment Changes - Changes to your booked appointments can happen at any time up to 24hrs before your scheduled booking. If you need to change your appointment on the same day, you MUST contact Meagan via SMS 0408 251 073 to make alternative arrangement.

Bookings made Online with upfront payment or deposit - No refunds are given for change of mind if you have booked and paid for your appointment online. Your change of mind will try to be accommodated with transfer or reschedule of your service.

Events - Once you have put a deposit on one of our events, you are locked in to that event. Reason being your Expert Teacher, catering etc is prepaid. If the event can not proceed - the event date will be rescheduled and your deposit transferred to that new event date. If the event date does not suit you, you can select another event to apply your deposit too. In this situation, where One Health has had to cancel the event, refund will only be given if a suitable alternative date can not be found.

Programs - Entry into our Programs are by interview process. This means once you have made your deposit into your suited program, it can not be changed, transferred or refunded. Completion of any agreed outstanding payments must be made by the agreed timeframe/payment schedule. If you experience financial difficulty, please talk to Me directly as we will find a suitable arrangement.
